Does Ysclink provide one-piece fulfillment for online sellers?
Yes. We support merchants looking to fulfill customer orders from China one order at a time. Share your sales channel, product and SKU profile, inventory location, expected monthly order volume and destination markets so we can confirm the warehouse, order-processing, parcel-dispatch and tracking scope. Platform connections and specific operating steps are confirmed during setup.
Does the parcel estimator include one-piece fulfillment costs?
No. The estimator gives an indicative transport-price reference for packed parcels on selected routes. Inventory receiving or storage, order handling and other fulfillment tasks are scoped and quoted separately for each merchant setup.
How is air-freight chargeable weight calculated?
Air freight is commonly rated using the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight. The carrier's dimensional divisor, rounding rules, minimum charge and commodity conditions vary by service, so the applicable basis should be confirmed on the shipment quote.
What documents should I prepare for a shipment from China?
Most export shipments require a commercial invoice and packing list, with shipment and product details matching the cargo. The exact documents depend on the goods, destination, transport mode and customs requirements; regulated or battery-containing goods may need additional documents.
Can Ysclink help with export customs clearance and tax rebates?
Ysclink can coordinate export customs-declaration information and document handoffs as part of a shipment plan. Tax-rebate eligibility, supporting evidence and filing should be confirmed with the exporter’s qualified tax or customs adviser; it is not automatic and depends on the transaction and applicable rules.
Can I arrange DDP or DDU delivery?
Destination clearance and delivery options can be reviewed for eligible lanes. Availability, importer-of-record responsibilities, duties, taxes and delivery scope must be confirmed for the destination and shipment before booking; DDU is an older trade term, so the agreed Incoterms® rule and named place should be stated clearly.
Can you handle both individual parcels and larger commercial freight?
Yes. Small-parcel shipping is available as a standalone transport service, while larger or consolidated commercial cargo can be reviewed for ocean FCL or LCL, air, selected rail and road corridors, or multimodal options. The workable service depends on the goods, route and delivery scope.
